I had worked with another roofing contractor to help me with replacing my roof. They helped me up to a point t then ghosted me. Boni from EB Custom Exteriors was working on my neighbors roof, he spoke to me about my roof and that he would work on getting it replaced by my insurance. I was skeptical about it at first but went with it any way. I was so glad I did because Boni from EB didn’t let me down. All got worked out and they did a great job not only with the roof but with our gutters as well. I would definitely recommend this company because they keep their word and do a great job. If you need a new roof don’t hesitate to reach out to them you will not be disappointed. Thank you EB and Boni for all you did.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alex was great to work with! Very easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, very efficient, pulled all permits (PG County and Cheverly) for us. He also gave us great advice regarding our insurance policy. The roof looks fantastic!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Luden and the team from EB Custom exteriors were wonderful to work with. My home is large with many hips and valleys on the roof so this was not an easy or a one day job. From the delivery/removal of the waste dumpster to the craning of the materials onto the roof, EB had it all coordinated on the days and times they promised. What impressed me most about the EB team was that it was clear they had worked together before and were well organized with each one knowing their role and responsibilities. As much as I wish this had been an insurance claim it was not. I was 28 years into a 30 year shingle and had two small leaks so I knew the time had come. Writing a check for a new roof is not like writing a check for a new kitchen or bathroom. There's not much to enjoy with a new roof once the work is done (other than peace of mind of course). So....I really appreciate Luden and EB understanding the situation and working with me on the costs to give me premium materials for a great price. In fact, they encouraged me to get quotes from other roofing companies. I also know I would soon need new gutters and when I mentioned this and because they were already going to be on my roof doing that work, they were able to give me a quote for the gutters substantially lower than a quote I got last year. In the end, I got a new roof and gutters for what I know was thousands less than what my neighbors paid for the roof alone. I wasn't sorry I chose EB as they were professional, quick, respectful of my property and cleaned up thoroughly after each day. Luden even came back the day after the work was finished with a roll around magnet to make sure they got every last nail picked up out of my yard. I have no hesitation recommending EB for roof and gutter work.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alex and his team did excellent work on my house.
